cuttings advice please

I have done well with my cuttings this year and now I need to know if I should feed them during the Winter months. They are in cold green house kept just above freezing. Also most are in 4 pack cells and I wonder if I should pot them on now or wait until Spring. Thank you for any advice you can share with me.

They will do fine if soil kept damp not wet. Insure good air circulation. As for fertilizer a LIGHT application of water soluable fertilizer after the plant is dormant will help.
