Need to check with Peruvian embasy & get a read on their laws... at same time contact usda, customs, for the us regulations.... when you reenter the US declare your finds ..... seds are easer to bring back plants can not have soil in the "package" etc.....

You will have to get an import permit.

You could end up in serious trouble if you try to smuggle in plant material.

An agricultural college would probably know what is involved in importing new species. I'd try asking there.

USDA would probably be a good place to ask.

Your state agricultural department should be checked, also.
