The mold is not good. The best way to eliminate it is remove the plastic bag. IF you have some roots & new leaf growth the high humidity is not required. Keep out of "draft" and direct sunlight.... it should do well....

perhaps next time..sterilize your potting medium first ...

if you are doing this is plain old soil ... that is your problem ... dirt is not used indoors.. because of all the pathogens contained therein ....

you are doing an operation .. treat your process like a hospital operating room .. and you will remove many potential problems ... prevention is easier than cure ...

I have used all the methods in ken_adrian's link to CSU. The article reads well. I recommend it. My favorite was the microwave method. I preferred a moistened medium in a large ziplock partly unzipped.
