Would now be a good time for Hydrangea?

I'm getting things situated in my GH and would like to grow some cuttings from 2 plants I have. (pics to follow) would now be a reasonable time to do so? and what part will I cut to use? I have found the sites online that give good descriptions on how to do it, but with these 2 plants in particular, can someone suggest a place to cut from?

You have some stems that did not flower or have flower heads that have not opened Thake tip cuttings from these branches BUT do remove tip flower buds.
