FALL GARDENINGReflecting on a Gardening Year
Mistakes and successes, surprises and comforts. The garden helps us grow in new ways every year
Full StoryWe have been given a neomarica gracilis which we would like to keep in a hanging basket but we would also like to propagate from it. It already has a dozen plantlets.
Can the plantlets be snipped off and potted up OK? Your advise would be much appreciated.
Also we are on Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia which is climatically about the same as US zone 11, would the iris do OK under a patio roof which has PVC panels which allow about 70-80% light transmission.
Thanks
