can you start citrus from hard or soft wood cuttings?

I have been told....in the CITRUS FORUM that you can start a BUDDAH'S HAND LEMON tree from a cutting..

Is this true with any other citrus trees, such as a SAMBO SWEET LEMON OR A NAVEL ORANGE or a PUMELLO.

I have nothing to use as root stock which is the method that has been recommended for grafting. AND....I wouldnt know what to use a host tree.

I may also may try air layering. How ever I am really interested in growing the trees from cuttings....as soon as I learn how to do it PROPERLY.

Do yall have any suggestions for any of these 3 procedure but especially the cuttings?

or even links that I can go to and research.

THANKS IN ADVANCE.
