Please help.

I have a couple marguerite sweet potato vine cuttings that have great root systems going but the leaves have all fallen off.

They are just in water at the sink of a North facing window in MN, Zone 3. We keep the house in the mid 60s in the winter.

Do I leave them in the water and place in a ziplock bog?

Do I plant them in potting soil form the store?

Do I pot them and also place in a ziplock bag to make a mini-greenhouse?

They were spectacular in pots on my north facing deck this summer.
