I don't think it was ever said that one couldn't or shouldn't post for members who got seeds for postage. I dont' think though that a negative should be posted if they reply to an offer and then just don't follow through with sending their bubble and postage (BEAP). That would start a lot of newbies off on a bad foot, and I don't think that is a good idea. No one is really 'out' anything other the time time spent on an email, if one doesn't follow through on sending their BEAP. I also think it is nice for those receiving the seeds to post a nice review for the 'offering' member who so kindly shared their seeds and time. Sue |
