This is very simple. We made a trade deal and I mailed my seeds to him on 02.09.11. I sent generous amounts of seed for all the varieties he requested from me in good faith. He sent me nothing. All I received were excuses. I have all the email records of our correspondence, including the proof that he received my seeds and his admission that he did not send seeds to me. Do NOT trade with this person.
