Never lets the ball drop with communications and very precise & conscientious about what she is sending, when she is posting it, and all the little details like which side is up and how it's labeled. Also generous (when appropriate) with recommendations based on her own experiences rooting and growing the plants. Very nice cuttings, too. Top notch trader.
