Leah seemed very enthusiastic when she joined the Petal Pushers October swap and was delighted to receive a box from a very generous sender. Her enthusiasm waned when it was time to send to her receiver. She posted that she had mailed her box but when it did not arrive she failed to respond to inquiries asking for her delivery confirmation number (required) or information about the status of the box she agreed to send.
She re-emerged over a week past the sending deadline citing personal issues that delayed her sending and promised to send by the end of the week, last week. I emailed her the details and requested she post the delivery confirmation number immediatey. She responded in the affirmative, but did not follow through.
Circumstances beyond our control happen to everyone upon occasion and ordinarily a sender would get the benefit of the doubt, but I am less inclined to be generous because Leah had already posted once that she had sent the box out, which was clearly an untruth.
