He has a good amount of decent feedback and seems to do a lot of business. But, he has a disproportionate amount of "mutually withdrawn", neutral feedback and positive feedback that actually has negative comments.

I had a problem with a pussy willow tree which was basically a bent stick. He wanted me to pay to ship the plant back and then the shipping for a new one. So, I'd be paying to ship three times for one plant. When I complained, he sent me increasingly weird emails that ranged from whiny to offensive.

I gave him negative feedback and he retaliated by giving me feedback with blatant lies.
