I agree with the above. I've ordered from here for the last four years or so, unusual seeds I don't see anywhere else, reasonable prices (especially delivery!) and very good germination overall.

I agree also. I have ordered seeds form him the last few years. I always have good germination, fast service, good prices. I ordered a cactus cutting form him last year and it is also doing well and arrived in good shape. I plan to order from him again :)

J.L. Hudson is the best , best, bbest! Fast delivery tons of unique seeds. prices for seeds and shipping excellent! I have been ordering from them since 2004 and every single seed that I planted or mostly wintersowed sprouted till I had to give some of the babies away to my friends.

J.L. Hudson is not his name, incidentally. A number of years ago the Wall Street Journal (I think) had an article about him and an interview. This is his pseudonym; he declined to give his actual name, which makes him even more wonderful.

I've ordered from the J.L. Hudson company for a number of years now ... always had excellent service. The catalog alone is worth it with the quotes and information ... my friend and I nicknamed him 'the crabby seedsman' because of his comment on not trying to call him on the telephone. :)
