| A big thumbs up to Shady Gardens Nursery (shadygardensnursery.com) for both their customer service and product.
After placing a recent online order, an email confirmation was received the same day. Several days later a follow-on email advised the order had been shipped and included a tracking number. My plant arrived just 6 days after placing the order. It was well secured in a generous sized box. The plant had a well developed root system and the soil was moist. It was also surrounded by moist newspaper. Also within the box was a copy of the order, another sheet describing the plant purchased, and a 3rd sheet of instructions on how to best care for the plant to insure success. I'm very pleased with the entire transaction and the plant received. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. |
