On April 21, I placed an internet order for liquid compost for my lawn from Stardust Organics (www.stardustorganics.net). They are located in western Massachusetts.

I immediately received an e-mail confirmation of my order, and within 3 business days, the amount of purchase cleared my bank.

As of today, I still have not received the product. In addition, I never received any shipping information, nor was I informed of any delay. Nearly a week ago, I contacted the company through the e-mail address provided in the paypal receipt. No replies. Three days ago, I contacted the company AGAIN, this time through the e-mail address provided on their website. Still no reply. No one can be reached by phone.

I went to the BBB website and saw that they had one complaint (that was later resolved) for non-delivery of goods.
