| I am so happy to recommend The Kinsman Co. to gardeners! I recently had a wonderful experience with them: a lovely, red Polish made watering can I had purchased a year ago developed large cracks in the outer enamel. Fearing it would lose its outer coat of enamel, I contacted the Kinsman Company's customer service department by email. They only requested a picture, which I emailed to them, and within a week, I had a lovely, new, watering can completely intact! In the past I have also ordered from them and found them to be quick, courteous, and of very good quality.I've never had to return anything.This was a first.
