Why is Tyty still in business?

Over the years, I have seen a deluge of complaints about TyTy Nursery in Georgia. If the company is so bad, why are they still in business? Some other companies (Aaron's Plant Farm, Willis Orchard, maybe others) have spawned from TyTy.
