Worst Places to Buy?

Ok, so here's my question.

What companies would you say to avoid at all costs? I know that a lot of new gardeners have no idea where to order, and they base their orders off of searches for "best nurseries",etc. But we all know it happens, some online place that we see while browsing, wow good prices, gotta place an order, then research, BAM! you ordered from a company that many others have already ordered from and had the worst experiences. i think that this may simply be because while people know reliable nurseries, they don't know what to avoid until its too late. Hence, this post. here is my contribution:
