Herbicide Damage - HELP!

| My sweet, darling husband decided to take care of the bed weeding for me yesterday and sprayed EVERYTHING in my beautiful beds, not just the weeds. I didn't discover it until today when everything started drooping, even after a good watering.
Is there anything I can do to save my garden? It poured again this evening, so I'm hoping it might have washed some of it away, even though it's been more than 24 hours. Will hitting everything with some fertilizer make it worse? I'm just sick even thinking about it ...
