I would like to move my 3 year old John Clayton Honeysuckle to a different area of the garden but couldn't find any info on what month in zone 4 I could transplant it?

Also what should I use to support it? I had it leaning against a trellis but growth has been slow and it hasn't twined etc. It has only grown 2.5 feet...but it did start as a tiny transplant so all things considered that is probably normal.
