In the who's here thread, Matoad asked about flowers that do OK in baskets in east sun. If you mean annuals, last year I had hanging baskets of petunias, snapdragons, and nasturtiums in full sun that all did great as long as they were well-watered. I'm planning to do more of the same this year. Nice thing about the petunias and snapdragons is that they produce ample seed that you can collect for sowing the following year.
