I am no expert but it sounds like too much water, not enough oxygen.

If it is a water issue, here's how to tell.

Yellowing from the bottom leaves up, too much water.
Yellowing from the top leaves down, not enough water.

I just read the spotted leaves thing... It also sounds like there may be a fungus or disease. Are the spots on the leaves intact and simply discolored or are there holes or the spots are kinda transparent? If there are holes or the spots are kinda transparent, could be bugs.

The snap peas by themselves turning yellow is somewhat common. I've found they are somewhat sensitive to widely varying temps and either too much or not enough water.

Is there a chance you have been overwatering, mmgarrett2? I don't see that Denver has been getting a lot of rain for awhile.

What about soil nutrients? Working in wood bark or something like that will tie-up nitrogen. Not a good thing . . .

I'm certainly not an expert, but it sounds like your soil is off somehow. Perhaps low quality potting soil in your raised beds. Our clay soil kind of sucks, but I've found that peas usually thrive in it (as long as they are in partial shade). My peas seemed like they had stopped growing for awhile too, but they are finally starting to grow again and finally look healthy.

Could it be the crazy, wildly fluctuating weather lately? We have had highs near 90 for a few days, then plunge into 50's during the day and lower at night, then back up to the 80's. I have noticed a lot of plants and trees are under stress because of this weather pattern.
