started cukes and peps too soon, flowering inside?

I know I started the cucumbers and the peppers too early this year.. they've just started flowering though (not sure what to call it, technically not flowers but little cukes and peps) and I still have probably 3 weeks before the weather is good enough to put them outside (maybe slightly less if I get the Wall O Waters from my neighbor). Not sure if I should do something or just let them go and hope they survive the transplant? One of the cucumbers had like 5 on it! Should I pick them off?

Lots of lessons being learned this year!

It's probably best to cut off any flowers or developing fruit/veges at least until they're transplanted outside. Your plants need to put their energy into roots, stems and leaves right now.
