| well it could have been worse( and seen worse)...so far only a couple fast melting heavy wet inches i took in hanging baskets last night tee-peed up the wall o waters on the tomatoes....and crossed my fingers....the biggest casulty the centaureas just coming in to bloom and now prostrate delphiniums shook it offthankfully as they are too big to cover well in snow....lilacs are sagging under the load....according to MSU weather station coldest may since 1975....moss garden loves it...maybe more snow showers tonight |

| Is that late for you? I know even here in zone 5 we've had snow in late May, so if you're z3 maybe it's not that surprising. Hope your garden is okay! |
