Bermuda grass

I have. It seems to be a common weed now in Colorado as well as SE Utah. Interesting that it only grows on on shallowish soil with a southern exposure, so I'm assuming the micro climate keeps it warm enough to survive the winters, and any way, there is likely now enough seed to keep it self-perpetuating. It seems to mingle with the other grass species as well.

But, oh my. Thats a weed. Bind weed, pffft. Thistle, pffft. This one is bad news.
