Yeah, we've got those dreaded green worms in our broccoli. I usually cover the plants with some thin row cover to try and protect the plants from hail and the occasional bug. We took off the row cover too early and you know the results. I thought I'd outsmarted them. Not this year.o

Thuricide - Bt thuringiensis

Spinosad also seemed to work, 2 years ago for me. Since then, I've had such a terrible time getting cabbage started that the cabbage moths just fly on by .

Thanks. I'll get the row cover next for next year and I'll get the Thuricide the next time I'm in town as I've found them on my chard also. Grrr!
