Ambrosia Melon, No Fruit

Hey guys... My Ambrosia melon is growing pretty good and is now wrapped all over my balcony railing. It's had some flowers come and go, but no fruit seems to form.

I know this is a pollination issue, but I don;t really see the male flower. I want to hand pollinate it, but they all look like female flowers to me. There were male flowers first, which died. I read that is normal at first and will be followed by both. I did let it dry out and it probably got mad at me for that. Am I just being impatient or will I not get any melons this season?

There are tons of bees on the Salvia flowers at the entrance to the apartments, not far from my balcony, but they don't make it over much. I usually just get what looks like sweat bees that come visit my balcony, not sure why.

Anything I can do to pollinate this puppy or attract the bees? I seem to kill every flower I try to grow, so that seems to be out. :(
