Orange pansies make me happy...

They just do! I don't why but I love them. It's feeling a bit fall-ish in Castle Rock. I replaced some of my tired container plantings with some orange pansies and rusty orange mums that will be able to take some cold/frost this fall. I know that orange isn't often a color coveted by gardeners but I am not one of them!

Here's one that I grew from seed one year, Charlene.

They came back a year or 2.

Steve, those are gorgeous!!! I love the deep color. I should grow my own one year because I spend too much money on them as transplants!
