Kashmir Sage

Does Kashmir Sage (Phlomis cashmeriana) rebloom if you deadhead it? I have always left the dry blooms because I think they're rather decorative. I started wondering if I'm missing out on additional bloom by doing this.

I've grown and deadheaded this plant for several years and I have never had it rebloom.
