I know this is not gardening...but we all love a cute baby bear picture right? (1 baby is brown, 1 is black).I was on my upper deck and heard this grunting noise, looked down and on my lower deck was a mama bear standing on her hind legs getting ready to try to take down my mesh fencing. I later found out she had just trashed my hummingbird feeder out front & was after the one out back. Her babies were tame....as in hand fed by humans and came begging for food. Scary! I called the wildlife people to report the tamness of the cubs.
