Hello,

I'm purchasing a house in Broomfield, CO that has a barren back yard. I'd like to get a few shrubs planted before winter sets in so they'd be set to go in the spring. Plus, due to the fact most of the garden centers around here are clearing out their inventories, I can get some good deals on outdoor shrubs/trees. However, I don't move in until the end of October.

Can I plant shrubs that late in the year (end of October, early November)? I'd be planting mainly lilacs (Miss Kim and some Canadian variety) and possibly a peach tree.
