Tree ID

We are curious if anyone recognizes these leaves, and the associated tree. It has a larger darker green leaf, paired with a slim light green leaf. It is a common landscape tree in northern CO. We would really like to identify the tree, if possible...

It looks like an American Linden, or Littleleaf Linden.

Thank you! Yes, looking at pictures online, it appears to be a type of Linden tree (probably one of those two you mentioned). Thanks again for your help.
