I have too many ideas for organic sprays and only one sprayer for them. So, I pour one thing out so as to use the sprayer for something else. There have been gallon plastic water jugs marked "soap" or "spinosad" or "pyrethrum". I've got neem oil again ...

I don't know where i got the idea that some soap mixed with water makes antifreeze. The jug broke, probably, in December and then thawed, draining into a basin that I keep on the work bench. I toss my hammers in there.

By March, when I had use for a hammer, I discovered the problem. The insecticial soap doesn't even protect metal from rust!

Okay, I have just checked the "storage and disposal" on the labels of all of the pesticides mentioned above. There may have been 1 that said "cool" but none mentioned freezing or an actual temperature.

I looked at round-up - nothing. The pre-mixed weed be gone, which I have never used, says "keep from freezing." Oops! The Bayer all in one, which doesn't work nearly as well as their 3 in 1 on the ornamentals, say "keep from freezing."

Don't know beyond this ... For sure, don't mix something with water and think it won't freeze. Oh, and your synthetic fertilizers will turn to rock if left exposed to the air.
