leeks, potatoes, & celeriac

I could try to provide one of Bonnie's wonderful recipes but this is about it. I had to go find another leek*, chop & cook in margarine along with a couple of cloves of garlic. Cooked everything in about a quart of chicken broth. Added some salt, pepper, & a little Mrs. Dash. In a few moments, I'll need to go to the store for a pint of whole milk (if it was 10 degrees colder, it would be half & half ;o). This will be a beautiful bowl of Sunday soup!

*there are bigger leeks out there but, you know how it is when you sell produce, the 2nds show up in the kitchen. Leaves me with the tender buds from the early cabbage, a few weeks after the head has been harvested - so it ain't all sufferin' bein' frugal.
