I am very confused as almost all the folks around me cut back their blue spirea bushes now. when I read on line it says late summer or early spring. When is the right time or does it matter? I would love to cut mine down now so the garden is tidy but not if the bushes will die. I will have to say the ones I see cut down now seem to be beautiful in the summer. Can you help me on this?
