Brussel Sprouts How cold hardy?

I planted these brussel sprouts back in August. I'm not sure what variety they are. It looks like some of the heads are finally getting big enough.

With the forecast calling for 21 F Saturday night is it time to harvest?

Did they make it?

I am still eating brussel sprouts out the garden and it has been colder than 21F around here. I always wait at least until after the first snow to harvest. I think they just taste better after snow.

I've harvested about half of them. Really tasty but the sprouts are sort of loose. I guess I'll let the rest go until Thanksgiving.
