Not sure how much this helps, but IâÂÂm in hot, humid Alabama where blackspot is a huge issue. IâÂÂve not grown OSO Easy Cherry Pie, but I have three OSO Easy Paprika bushes that IâÂÂve grown for I think 4 years now. I have never sprayed them, and they have never had any sign of blackspot. Here they are better than knockouts. PM really isn't a problem down here, so not sure on their resistance to it. I hard prune them late winter and that keeps them at about 2 ý to 3 ft tall and wide by end of season. Perfectly rounded bushes covered in blooms all season. If you arenâÂÂt vigilant about deadheading, they set hips like crazy.

We sell OSO Easy at our store in SW Ohio. In my experience they tend to put out distinct flushes, so you'll have a week where it's full and a week where it's not. In a #3 pot they're over 2' at the end of the season, I've seen them up to 5' when established.
