| Does anyone know the history when, where and and why greenhouse grown roses can not be shown? Why did that rule come about?

| I don't know for sure why, but I would think that it would be an unfair advantage to be showing underglass roses, that could be pumped up with Carbon Dioxide and not be bothered by Mother Nature. |
