i was wondering if anyone could tell me if any of the new vernon rickard roses can they be showed at rose shows and whit wells new roses.

If they have been registered with the ARS, or if they have appeared in either the ARS Official List, the ARS Handbook, or Peter Schneider's Combined Rose List, they can be shown. The 2006 Official List and the 2006 CRL should be showing up very soon.
