National Convention Shreveport
Where can I find more information about this?

Such as is this setting for one set up on a real table? What size? What size table cloth? Can we use the freestanding dividers if it is not on an indvidual table?

What about the breakfast tray? Can we use the freestanding dividers? Is that normal or not?

What are other components? Are items such as food or fruit allowed?

Miniature Table Class??
In proportion to table setting?
What exactly does that mean? Do the drinking vessell and dishware have to be miniature too?
Is the Breakfast tray miniature?

I called and emailed the number given on the website but know one has returned my calls to give me any information. I don't know what to do because I am registered for the convention but I have to pre register to enter.
Is Judy Mayo the one I'm suppose to call about this. I get a answer machine but she does not identitfy herself or the ARS. So I wonder if I'm calling the right number.

RE: standard Class Table

I will see if I can get a contact for you. Judy Mayo is lining up the judges for the arrangement section and taking reservations from those who want to exhibit in the various classes, but I don't know that she is the right person to answer your questions. As soon as I hear anything I will pass it along to you.

I sent you an email with phone numbers of those who can answer your questions. I hope it helps.
