Posted on another rose forum, the "found" rose "Petite Pink Scotch" ("Pink Scotch") was discussed. One follow up poster, indicated seeing it in several rose shows.

Unless "Petite Pink Scotch" was in a class that did not award ARS ribbons or certificates, judges have no alternative but DQ the entry, as having no official AEN.

ARS Guidelines are very specific, and mandate "found" roses be listed in ARS latest official publication, showing an accepted AEN,
