Last year I won my first mini queen with Adam's Smile and I would like to know what rose you won with this year? I thought it would be fun to know what rose you won with this year.

Well much to my surprise, being this was my first show ever, I won a trophy in the novice category for Rainbow's End and it earned a place on the court, also.

I also won Rose in a bowl with Tahitian Sunset.

I won the Illinois State Fair with Alitissimo. I won our local County fair with Irresistible, and I won the Greater Peoria Rose Show queen with Big Duke

I did one show in the spring (Gainsville, Fl) and got Sunstruck as HT princes and Uncle Joe on the court. Lady of the Dawn won best florabunda spray. Arcanum won mini King. One show late this fall (St. Pete., Fl) and won mini-flora queen with Class of "73" and mini-flora king with Louisville Lady. Not to bad out of a garden I'm almost totally rebuilding.

The one I'm most proud of was miniflora Queen at the Pacific R.S. in Pasadena,Ca. Flew almost 3,000 miles to win that one.

Illinois State Fair Grand Champion with Dr. Troy Garret and Reserve Champion with rosa rugosa Rubra
