Hi,

When entering a bowl of roses how many should/would you enter if it does not say how many roses are needed?

Thanks
Emma

I believe that a rose bowl generally has a single bloom floating in the bowl.

If they wanted several blooms on stems, they would ask for a collection and specify a quantity of blooms.

In Vancouver, WA a bowl of roses or a potpourri bowl is an exhibit that uses many blooms in a bowl usually a rounded design. You would use as many roses as needed to make a nice even rounded arrangement. Some use all the same color roses others use different colors.

In Tacoma an HT in a bowl is one HT bloom floating in a bowl of water.

Are you looking at a show schedule? If so what exactly does it say?

I would have it would have been a HT floating in a bowl of water. But on the schedule it say's, Roses in a Bowl, so I'd say they mean more that 1 rose!!

Thanks for you help
