In response to some inquiries:
Ventura County has long had the fourth Saturday in September as its rose show date. The last show offered on that date was in 2001. For the foreseeable future, there will not be a Ventura County Rose Show offered on the fourth Saturday in September. The number of exhibitors has dwindled to three. The number willing to commit to staging a rose show is about a half dozen.

| This situation is understandable but regrettable. I for one have some wonderful memories of the VCRS Show and hope that in future your membership will be willing and able to once again put on this wonderful show. Thanks for giving us all the heads up, Jim. Suzanne |
