Latest quarterly issue of Exhibiting Roses

| Has there been a recent issue of Rose Exhibitors Forum sent out this past summer? I don't recall getting a copy ....and I do miss all the interesting information that Bob Martin compiles in each issue. I think my last copy was of the Spring issue. Are these still being printed?
