The HTs are done! They did get even, though. After I came into the house, DH picked a thorn out of my eyebrow. I'm thinking about putting a ring through the hole :D

And check this out.
What's Wrong with this Picture?

Glad Flevos Laguna is done for the year, I guess.

The battle between me and the last HT was a bloody one
also. CSIs would probably drool all over the "crime scene" :)
There is a big problem with the second picture , Renee !
It was not taken in my house...
Glads are beautiful !

Renee, I envy you that you are already done pruning your HT's. Good job by the way on the rose in the photo. I am far behind this year. I only have pruned three roses so far. Didn't let any blood yet, but got poked badly. I guess that is unavoidable price that you have to pay when you are pruning roses.

Are you indicating that the Glad are from your garden?! That would be really wrong at this time of the year...

Yes!!!! The glads are blooming in January! I don't know who they think they are, blooming at this time of year.
Thanks for the comment on the pruning job- it's my second year of not cutting my roses down to stubs, and it seems to be working well.

Henrik- so if they sprayed Luminol in your garden we could spot it from the Moon, huh?

Here we are shivering in Oklahoma worried about the single digit temps blowing in tonight and you are already done pruning. And the Glad looks so out of sync with the Poinsettia........Ahhh California weather...Maryl
