| Beth, what a treat to see your lovely apricot roses at this time of the year. It gives me quite a bit of joy! When I look at my rose beds, the mainly thing that I see are naked pruned rose sticks, right now. Couldn't survive January without some newer roses in the containers blooming! My favorites from this batch are Adriana (what a perfect form) and Iced Ginger (the interesting coloration is quite appealing). Thanks for posting and sharing these beauties with us. Christina |

| loved the pictures. Which ones are your favorites and why? I really liked your pic of summer samba--is it a good rose? |
|
| Heaven. One of my most favorite rose colors! |
|
| Thank you...thank you....thank you....I REALLY needed this! I`m pretty sure that I have a couple of these apricots in my garden, but I`m not sure at this point!!More snow on the way again.... Do you have any more you can post? It rally helps to see these beauties! Lesley |

| Thank you Tammy and Irisgal! Thanks Christina. ADRIANA is a really gorgeous rose and blooms with nearly a hundred buds and blooms in each flush. The only problem tho, is the thrips love her! It's hard to get good pics because so many of the blooms get those ugly brown edges. I really need to spray. Montana Rose, my favorite is probably either ICED GINGER or PRINCESS ROYAL. I love the veining on IG and the nice swirls it gets. PR is always beautiful, full of blooms and they last quite awhile. It's a really thorny one tho. Not fun to prune! SUMMER SAMBA is a pretty good rose. It stays really short, like barely 3ft, and it blooms decently. Lesley, sorry to hear about the snow. I hate winter. But we're experiencing an unusually warm January right now. It's been almost 70 for most of this week. Very odd! When you ask if I have more to post, do you mean more apricots, or just more in general? You do realize these are not blooming now? I have tons of pics from last season, and I will post another round of color soon. |

| So nice during winter when I'm trying to decide what rose to buy (if any) to see your pictures. Sunstruck is gorgeous in particular. I saw it in person in early spring here and it really stood out. I don't think that it likes our heat. Looking forward to more pictures (still need a good orange for the vase here-hint hint :-) |

| Hi Beth, Yes, I do realize that the roses are not blooming now!I just enjoy seeing the vast amount of roses you grow. I have really learned about roses by looking at your pictures. You give me lots of ideas of roses to try and grow in my garden.Your collection is wonderful and although my zone 6 garden is not th same as yours, many do work here! So....post any and all when ever you can. They really brighten my day! Thanks, Beth......Lesley |

| Maryl, SUNSTRUCK fades really fast in our temps. It can end up a creamy, almost greenish color if you let it stay on the bush long enough. But I like it. Sorry Lesley, I wasn't sure if you thought these were from now or not. Some people think that because I'm in CA, they should be blooming all yr. But not here in Northern CA. I do have a few stragglers that have been blooming here and there, but won't have the new season blooms til (at the earliest) late March. I will try to do another color scheme maybe tonight or tomorrow. Depends what's going on tonight. I just got home from work and still have to make dinner!! |

| Norwich Castle, Maid of Honor and Iced Ginger are my favorites. Iced Ginger is out of this world gorgeous!!!!! Does Iced Ginger have any fragrance? How big are the flowers? Thanks for the look into gorgeousness!! Carol |
|
| Carol, I have to apologize... I have no idea if ICED GINGER has any fragrance or not. I don't ever remember checking! I'll have to try to do that in the coming season. As for bloom size, they average around 4-5". |
|
| They are all beautiful as usual, Beth.I love the Apricot colors. You have some outstanding roses. Jean |

| Beautiful photos, Beth - and great to look at and drool over when it's only 10 deg. outdoors! I, too, love your picture of Iced Ginger; that is one gorgeous rose. Thanks for posting. Anne |

| Beth, thanks for the info on Adriana! I look it up on HMF and was surprised to find only a few photos (most of them from you ;-)) of this rose. It looks so gorgeous, but if it is a thrip magnet then it is not for me, since I don't spray. I am also looking forward to your next rose photo post! Christina |

| Iced Ginger is beautiful. Fragrant Apricot, though, oh my. I thought to myself nothing could beat that, but then there was Samba, what pretty ruffles. Just beautiful. Renee |
