I have trouble taking shots of red roses and this one is as true to color that I have taken of this rose.--Ron

| A lovely photo of a lovely rose, Ron! Reds are the hardest ones for me too, with purples being second and then, believe it or not, whites! The purples always go too pink but the reds and whites seem to burn out. |

| Yes, it is hard to get a good photo of Altissimo but yours is lovely. It isn't quite as wonderful in my photos as it is in real life. Also, it lasts well as a cut rose, but we probably don't think of it as a cutting rose. I wish I had mine in a better spot. It never has blooms as big as they should be. But all in all, it is a keeper! |
