| Everyone has some lovely L roses. I love the reds, like Legends and Love's Promise. Beth - You have so many that are really gorgeous! Pat - I have fallen for the color of your Love and Peace and also your Love Song. Kate, I love your Lady of Shalot, it's a beautiful rose. LET FREEDOM RING |

| Wow, look at 'Leonidas' in cool weather! Worth growing just for that. Your florist 'Laguna' always is an attraction but pretends to be demure, My 2 favorites today. 'Love Song' has some gorgeous delicate shading That picture would sell a few thousand. Here's mr octopus 'Lagerfeld'. I had no idea he'd throw out ungainly canes. The stages of early opening are sculptural. Quite a beauty. Lagerfeld - grandiflora, Christensen, 1986 |

| Glorious, blooms. Every one of them. |
| Irisgal - I love your Lagerfeld. I have one, but I didn't post a picture, because the blooms aren't very full yet, it's an immature plant. It has a wonderful fragrance. |

| Sara Ann, your LIEBESZAUBER bloom looks like perfection! Kate, Always love to see pics of your beautiful Lady of Shallot! Iris Gal, that Lagerfeld looks sumptuous...would just love to smell it! |
| Pat, love your LIVIN' EASY. Mine rarely blooms. Wish it would. Kate, I can see I'm going to have to get LADY OF SHALOTT. She's beautiful! Sara-Ann, that shot of LOVE SONG is exquisite! Irisgal, your LAGERFELD is gorgeous. That's another one if mine that doesn't bloom much, unfortunately. Nice to see yours. Come on guys... keep 'em coming! |
| Sara-ann--all three of those photos are exquisite! Lovely lavender, iris. Kate |
| I appreciate the compliments, thanks everyone. Would love to see more "L" roses, surely there are more! |
| After reading upon LUIS DE FUNES I decided I need it as well as LADY OF SHALLOT. I haven't heard one bad review of LADY. Would dearly love to see LIEBESZAUBER in person. Lovely form. Does it shout at you across the garden? Or is its color more like Mr. Lincoln? Hoping someone would post a better picture of Lavaglut than this one I snapped long ago in spring. The color was not as blackish red and the flowers were smaller than I'd imagined. Lavaglut - Kordes '78, florib, excel rating at HMF |

| "L"overly, all! I think this one is going to be a great rose in time. From the look of everyone's pictures here it's doing well all over the place. |
| Love Song is SO beautiful! A good lavender is hard to find. My first L is Lady Hillingdon. I just adore this rose! |

| Seil - Your Love Song roses are gorgeous! They have a satiny look and I love the color. |
| Thx for the tour everyone! |
| Love Song looks so pretty ! pity it doesnt seem to be available here - still its a fairly recent rose,. so I can only hope. OK here is mine.. Lady of shalott- lovely in early spring, but she seems to have shut down now in the heat..still she is new, and was one of the few roses that didnt become a martyr to blackspot in late spring, or cane burn so far this summer.. |
