The Wedgewood Rose and The Mayflower

The Wedgewood Rose is new to the garden, planted last spring. The blooms are lovely, and the rose showed signs of having good repeat bloom. The fragrance isn't special, to my nose. It is moderate in intensity, and a musky blend.

The Mayflower, a very fragrant rose.

Great shot of the bee coming in for a landing krista! I don't know what it is, I'm terrified of bees flying around, but love seeing them on flowers! Great rose pics too:)

Thank you, Tammy and Kate.

The bees seem to tolerate my presence, which is good, but I never approach a rose to test fragrance without checking for a bee first. :)
